A lifelong New Jersey resident and seasoned real estate veteran, Dennis purchased Royal Sands Realty, Inc. in 1995 with the vision to provide clients with the best possible real estate representation. Over the years he has assembled a skilled professional team covering all facets of real estate, and earned a reputation for delivering outstanding service and results.

Dennis possesses vast experience in property management of both residential condominiums and commercial office buildings. He also has immense knowledge and a proven track record of success in project management. His contract negotiation skill is equally impressive, as is his “time is of the essence” management approach honed in his former career in regional data technology management which gives him a unique edge.

Dennis’ expertise has also encompassed commercial sales and overseeing projects from the ground through completion. He can capably guide customers in purchasing the right commercial building or residential property for their needs, and produces exemplary results working seamlessly with the client and developer alike.

Dennis has served on many of the local boards committees and holds numerous industry designations specific to residential and commercial real estate brokerage such as the prestigious Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI®). He is additionally well versed in the field of internet marketing and stays on the cutting edge of real estate industry trends.
